WA 6215 · Shire of Waroona
Waroona is the other town on the highway we actually know.
North of Harvey, still South West, still a proper main street. Buyers who work toward Mandurah or Peel often land here without meaning to look at Harvey first. We work both.
Waroona is its own shire, not Harvey, but the paddocks do not care. We sell and manage across the line because the buyers do. Town houses in the mid-range, four-beds that have done a bit of growing, and lifestyle lots out toward the Scarp and the dam.
Why people look
Cheaper than Mandurah waterfront, closer to Peel jobs than Margaret River, still a community that knows the agricultural show. If you need a horse set-up, we will look at fencing and water the same way we do in Cookernup.
REIWA’s Waroona house median was about $600,000 based on settled sales to May 2026, with rents around $550 a week. Those numbers age. We would rather walk your comparable sales than quote a widget.
Questions people actually ask
Is Waroona cheaper than Harvey?
Sometimes, on a like-for-like town house. Lifestyle blocks are their own market. Ask for current solds, not a vibe.
Do you manage rentals in Waroona?
Yes, within reach of the Harvey office — including places that are not a simple three-by-one.
